Located in Schertz, Yantis constructed four residential units and the extension of Savannah Drive for Centex Homes. Yantis Company constructed over 330 lots which consisted of over $5 million dollars worth of infrastructure improvements at Kensington Ranch.
As always, Yantis managed this turn-key project with all in-house crews. Yantis worked very closely with Centex land management to develop lots on a “just in time” environment which helped Centex manage its cash flow while still maintaining adequate lots on the ground for home construction.
