Terra Bella, which is located on Hardy Oak in San Antonio’s fast-growing north side, is a bustling community that includes builders such as Wilshire Homes, Newmark Homes and David Weekley Homes.
As of 2008, Yantis Company has constructed two units of Terra Bella for Austin-based Holford Group. These two units have included over 120,000 cubic yards of rock excavation and grading. Yantis Company negotiated the turn-key construction services for the subdivision which, in addition to grading, included the construction of all sewer improvements, water improvements, paving improvements and the construction of two large water quality ponds.
