Saddle Mountain was awarded to Yantis Company in March of 2006. With the help
of three milling machines, five trenching machines, and multiple Yantis crews, Yantis
was able to perform this turn-key rock subdivision in five months.
Since Saddle Mountain, Yantis has gone on to become KB’s primary contractor.
Yantis has participated in the development of Cobblestone, Triana, Parkside (Voeckler
Tract), Links at Scenic Hills, Herff Ranch, Springtree, and Sundance.
