Rolling Meadows, located on Nacogdoches Road outside Loop 1604,
has been one of Legacy’s strongest communities since its first
phase was completed in 2004. Throughout the four units, Yantis
moved over 300,000 cubic yards of dirt, laid over 17,500 linear
feet of water infrastructure, and over 27,000 linear feet of sewer infrastructure.
Yantis negotiated all four phases of the development and provided turn-key construction
of all lot grading, drainage improvements, sewer improvements, street improvements and
water improvements. In addition to Rolling Meadows, Yantis has constructed parts or all
of Canyon Springs Cove, Champion’s Park, Cibolo Vista, Enclave at Westover and Winnbrook
Estates for Legacy/Meritage Homes.
