For over nine years, Yantis Company has been constructing the beautiful
master planned community Mountain Lodge. This community is located on 281
just north of Stone Oak Parkway and connects all the way down to Wilderness
Oaks near Canyon Springs Golf Course. Yantis performed the road construction,
water infrastructure construction, sewer infrastructure, major drainage improvement,
and lot grading in Mountain Lodge.
The primary developer for this community was Thompson Realty based out of Dallas,
but Yantis has also performed
contracts in Mountain Lodge for Ryland Homes and Newmark Homes. Since 1999,
Yantis has performed nearly $18 million
dollars worth of infrastructure for the community.
