Grandview is a master planned community built by Pulte Homes. It is located off
Kyle Seale Parkway on San Antonio’s northwest side. Yantis Company built the five-phase
community over the course of three years starting in 2005. Grandview contains over
375 lots, a magnificent amenity center and an on-site middle school.
Construction of Grandview was built in remarkable time. Unit 1 was paved within
4 months of construction commencing. This feat was accomplished despite fighting
through the hard rock located on San Antonio’s north side.
Construction of all phases included over 140,000 cubic yards of rock excavation,
32,000 linear feet of sewer and 18,000 linear feet of water. Yantis was also responsible
for the construction of five water quality ponds and two large retention ponds.
