Yantis Company has been a very active partner in the development of Canyon Springs since 2003. Yantis has participated in 3 extensions of Canyon Golf Road and the extension of Overlook Parkway. Yantis also built part or all of Bluffs at Canyon Springs for Ryland Homes, Canyon Springs Cove for Legacy Homes, Enclave at Canyon Springs for Ryland Homes, Lakeside at Canyon Springs for Pulte Homes and Wilshire Homes, Links at Canyon Springs for Ryland Homes, Lookout Canyon for Pulte Homes, Ridge at Lookout Canyon for Gordon Hartman Homes, San Miguel for Del Trautman, and Silverado Hills for Centex Homes. Pape-Dawson was the civil engineer for all units constructed by Yantis Company
All together these contracts combined for over $22 million dollars worth of infrastructure construction.
