Great America Company. Continuing the long-term negotiating relationship with Israel
Fogiel, Yantis constructed 477 lots in this $8.5 million dollar residential development.
Yantis was involved at the inception of this project and contributed multiple ideas
at the design phase that saved the project substantial dollars and time savings.
Yantis constructed all aspects of this development including over 50,000 square
feet of retaining walls required for this very challenging lot grading project.
