In 2005, Yantis Company negotiated with Pulte Homes to construct the first phase
of the master planned community Alamo Ranch/Del Webb Hill Country Retreat.
The first phase of this project consisted of over $20 million dollars worth of grading,
street, drainage, water, and sewer construction.
The project contained an extension of Highway 151, 4 major public streets, and over
560 lots built simultaneously.
Together with Pape-Dawson Engineers, Yantis completed the project almost three months
before the official Grand Opening.
Since the initial phase, Yantis Company has constructed an additional $18 million
dollars in infrastructure for Pulte Homes, ABG Development, Standard Pacific Homes,
and Toyota Housing Services. The additional phases have included the construction
or extension of 5 major public streets and another 640 lots.
