Yantis Company has been right in the middle of the data center explosion occurring in San Antonio’s Westover Hills area. Westover Hills has become a magnet for data centers because of the availability of utilities, cheap electricity, and San Antonio’s stable weather. Westover Hills is already home to the massive Microsoft Data Center and also has multiple other data centers already completed.
Currently, Frost Bank and Stream Realty have data centers under construction. At Frost, Yantis is working for general contractor Constructors. Yantis is performing all turn-key civil construction on the project. At the Stream Data Center, Yantis is under contract with general contractor Hill and Wilkinson. At Stream, Yantis is providing the site utilities for the project.
Yantis has been working on Westover Hills since its initial construction in the late 1980’s. Yantis has built the majority of the roadways within the development and also participated in the construction of the Hyatt Hill Country Resort, Sea World, and numerous residential communities.
