At the highly visible corner of Fredricksburg and Huebner Road, Yantis Company is involved with the construction of the Preserve @ Fredricksburg. This project consists of the construction of a high end 367 unit multi-family complex. Yantis was contracted with CF Jordan to perform all civil construction components of the project before vertical construction commences.
The project consists of over 50,000 cubic yards of mass grading, over 5,000 feet of drainage pipe, 4,600 feet of water improvements, and over 5,000 feet of sewer improvements.
