Yantis Company is proud to be involved with the construction of the newest HEB, located off of Babcock Road and just north of Huebner. Yantis will be performing all of the excavation, drainage, and utility work for the roughly 100,000 square foot retail center. The work includes 90,000 cubic yards of excavation for the building pads, parking areas and a fuel station, 4200 linear feet of water, and 1800 linear feet of sewer.
In addition, Yantis is performing installation of 1226 linear feet of various sized storm drain which will tie into a raw detention pond. Yantis will also be building 900 linear feet of road that will connect the Southwest corner of the site to Whitby Road.
