In November of 2008, Scott Budd was hired to open up Yantis Company’s office in Austin, TX. Prior to coming to Yantis Company, Scott was the Community Development Manager for Lennar Homes Land Division. Scott oversaw the management of single-family land development and third party lot deliveries in both Austin and San Antonio.
Before working at Lennar Homes, Scott was the Construction Manager at Capital Excavation in Austin , TX. At Capital, Scott was responsible for turnkey construction management for private client construction projects.
Scott brings over 14 years of construction and Austin specific experience to the Yantis company team.
