Arnold Briones manages all aspects of Yantis Company’s projects from the post estimating phase until construction commences. These duties include project negotiation, contract negotiation, estimating/operations coordination, and preconstruction meetings.
Arnold has been working in the San Antonio land development for many years. Prior to working at Yantis Company, Arnold worked as an engineer for Pape-Dawson Engineers and Carter Burgess Engineers. After working at Carter Burgess Engineers, Arnold was hired by Pulte Homes as Director of Land Development and later was named Vice President of Land Development. At Pulte, Arnold managed over $40 million dollars of infrastructure work at Alamo Ranch Hill Country Village. Arnold also handled management of the Bulverde Village, Fairways at Scenic Hills, Encino Ridge, Grandview, Hillcrest, Iron Horse, Kramer Farms, Lakeside, and Stonegate developments.
At Yantis Company, Arnold has spent time in the Operations and Estimating departments. In Operations, Arnold was involved in a large number of projects including work for clients such as Forest City Development, Joeris General Contractors, and Bexar County.
